This notice describes exactly what this website does with your information. It is not a template: every statement below was written against what the software actually does, and each one can be checked.
Who is responsible for your information

Exactly what we collect
Only what you type into one of our two forms. There is no other way this site obtains information about you.

We also record the date and time your message arrived. Neither form asks for a Social Security number, a date of birth, documents or bank details — and we ask you not to type them into the message field.
What this website does not do
This is uncommon enough that it is worth stating plainly, point by point.
- It does not use cookies. Not one.
- It has no trackers — no advertising pixels, no analytics. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, nothing of the sort.
- It loads nothing from other websites: no fonts, no scripts, no outside images. Everything you see comes from our own server.
- We do not sell your information, do not trade it, and do not share it with anyone so they can advertise to you.
- We do not build profiles about you and we make no automated decisions about you.
What we use it for
For one thing: to answer you. If you requested staff, to call you and quote you. If you are looking for work, to contact you and consider you for a placement. We do not use it to send you promotions you did not ask for.
Who can see it
The three people who run EML: Mayra, Rocío and Richard. Nobody else has access. For the site to work at all it rests on two suppliers who could technically reach what is stored — the company that rents us the server (OVH, in the United States) and the domain's email service (MXroute). We do not hand them your information to use; they are there because a website and an email account have to live somewhere.
Where it lives and for how long
In a database on a server in the United States, kept separate from every other site on that machine. Today nothing is deleted automatically: your request stays until you ask us to remove it. If you would rather we delete it, write to us and we will.
Technical records
Like every website, our server keeps a log of visits: the IP address the browser connected from, the date and time, the page requested and the kind of browser. It is there for security and for spotting failures, not to identify you. Those records are kept for 14 days and are never matched against the forms. The application's own log records only the page requested and how long it took — no name, no email, no phone.
If you are applying for work
Your application is handled as employment information. We ask whether you are legally authorized to work in the United States because placing you in a position requires it. We do not ask for documents on this site: if we move forward with you, that verification happens in person and through the channels the law sets. No decision is automated — a person reads every application.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy. Write to contact@eml-solutions.com with «My data» in the subject line, or call 210-417-9880. It costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for asking. Since we do not sell information and do not run targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Minors
This site is for businesses and for people looking for work. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a minor wrote to us, tell us and we will delete it.
How we protect it
The site works only over an encrypted connection. The database is isolated and reachable only by this application. The panel where messages are read requires a password. No contact detail is ever written into the technical logs. Even so, no system is infallible: if something happened, we would tell you.
Changes to this notice
If we change something here, we change the date at the top as well. The version you are reading is the one in force.
